Payments and refund

As per the payment procedure, established and set standards, a 50% advance payment will have to be made prior to the initialization of the project in order for the required work to commence. In the event the client decides to terminate the project with Hristijantodorov.com prior to the start of work, the 50% advance payment will be refunded. However, if the first design draft has already been sent by Hristijantodorov.com to the client, no refund request will be approved. The remaining 50% of the total will have to be transferred prior to the sending of the final Art Work, or prior to making the website live, as per the specific work.

Copyright

The integral property rights in the website, i.e. copyright, branding/logo, content culminating the website design, text, graphics and all the software and programming scripts and codes that are part of the website, are only owned by and licensed to Hristijantodorov.com or otherwise used by Hristijantodorov.com as permitted by law. You agree that while accessing the website you will access its content exclusively for personal, non-commercial use only. It is illegal to download, copy, reproduce, transmit, store, sell or distribute the content without the prior authorization of the copyright holder.
